OB/GYN Hospitalist Locums Job in Ohio | Weekend In-House Call Schedule | Beginning June 26 - Ongoing | Assignment #11574Coverage Details-- Possibility of June coverage-- July 17 – July 19Shift Description-- Friday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM-- 24-hour in-house call-- Every other weekend schedule-- Ongoing coverage: 2–3 weekends per monthRequirements-- Board Certified-- Ohio license - highly preferred-- BLS-- ACLS-- Active DEA-- Clean malpractice historyRequired Procedures / Skills-- Low- and high-risk pregnancy management-- FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)-- OB ultrasound performance and interpretation-- Routine vaginal delivery-- C-section decision-making and management-- Complicated deliveries (C-section, breech, multiples, abruptions)-- VBACs-- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations-- Surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic, minor and major procedures)-- Operative gynecology including ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomyAssignment Details-- Practice setting: hospital-based call; ~90% labor & delivery-- Coverage model: 2 providers, at least once per month-- Call ratio: 1:4-- Facility: 34 L&D/postpartum/triage beds; 205 total hospital beds-- APP support: 1 per 12-hour shift-- Onsite lab and ultrasound services-- Support staff includes L&D nurses and midwives-- Patient mix: 60% low-risk OB, 40% high-risk OB-- 60% gynecology cases-- Average 5 GYN surgeries per day-- Average 4 nursery admissions per day-- Nursery level II-- Credentialing timeframe: 30–90 days-- EMR: Epic
