OB Laborist Physician Locums Job in Virginia
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Virginia. This assignment offers a unique schedule combining in-house coverage with overnight backup call responsibilities.
Details of Assignment #117670: -7:00 AM - 7:00 PM: In-house coverage-7:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Hotel call/back-up call when census permits-Providers may occasionally need to remain on-site beyond scheduled hours based on patient volume and acuity-An established laborist program is in place; however, unexpected call-outs or emergencies may occur-Providers willing to pick up an uncovered 24-hour laborist shift on short notice are strongly preferred-Additional compensation available for extra coverage when needed-Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN-Active license and DEA (or ability to obtain)-Comfortable managing a full scope of OB/GYN care-Flexibility to assist with additional coverage needs when available-Must cover emergent GYN
