Assignment Highlights:
--Urgent need: December 17–22, 2025
--Ongoing coverage: Starting March 2026, two weekends per month
--Schedule: 24-hour call from Wednesday 5 PM – Monday 7 AM
--Clinic coverage: Wednesday–Friday
--Volume: Approx. 220 deliveries annually
--Support: Strong OB team + MFM specialists for high-risk transfers
--Requirements: Active California license
