Open Dates:
-- April 6 – April 7, 8 AM – 5 PM
-- April 13 – April 14, 8 AM – 5 PM
-- April 20 – April 21, 8 AM – 5 PM
-- April 27 – April 28, 8 AM – 5 PM

Coverage Details:
-- Mondays and Tuesdays
-- Total of 8 shifts per month
-- No weekends
-- Colorado
-- Credentialing timeline: 60 days temporary / 120 days full

Requirements:
-- Board Certified OB/GYN
-- Active Colorado license or active IMLC
-- Active DEA – Highly Preferred
-- Local / drive in candidates – Highly Preferred
-- OB/GYN residency
-- Clean malpractice – Highly Preferred
-- Clean background

Assignment Details:
-- Setting: Outpatient clinic
-- Support staff: MA, RN, ultrasound, sonographer
-- Patient volume: 15–20 patients per day
-- EMR: Epic
