-- Credentialing timeframe: 45 days (temporary privileges available)

Shift Description
-- Call type: Beeper
-- Response time required: 30 minutes
-- Average phone consults: 3–5 per day
-- Patients seen: 5–6 per day
-- Admissions: 2–3 per day

Call Details
-- Call ratio: 2–3 per day
-- Call backs: 1–3 per day

Requirements
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Idaho license or IMLC required
-- Fellowship preferred

Assignment Details
-- OB/GYN provider will manage clinical needs of patients who may be seen by FM residents; supervising attending physician is a FM Hospitalist
-- Current OB/GYN group has notified hospital leadership that provider coverage will be limited beginning in September, creating an ongoing need for call coverage to support patient care services.
-- Trauma Level: 2
-- RN support: 3–5
-- Office staff support: 2
-- Average deliveries per year: 1,100
-- Facility has a Level III NICU and manages high-risk antepartum patients
-- MFM resources and services available through the on-campus clinic
-- OB/GYN provider will manage clinical needs of patients who may be seen by FM residents; supervising attending physician is a FM Hospitalist
-- Current OB/GYN group has notified hospital leadership that provider coverage will be limited beginning in September, creating an ongoing need for call coverage to support patient care services.
