Permanent OB/GYN Physician Job in Louisiana
Due to continued patient demand and an expanding practice, our client is seeking an additional OB/GYN physician to join a busy, well-supported team serving a large and growing patient population. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Established practice with:
--2 full-time OB/GYN physicians
--2 Nurse Practitioners
--Dedicated MA/LPN support for each physician
--Additional float support staff as needed
--Immediate access to an established patient base
--General OB/GYN practice with a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology
--18-22 OB Patients per day and 18 GYN
--15-20 deliveries per month
--Around 3-4 new patients daily
--Level III NICU
--EMR is EPIC
--da Vinci robotic training available
Schedule:
--Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM & Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
--Friday afternoons reserved for administrative time
--Flexible scheduling designed to support physician preferences and work-life balance
Call & Laborist Support:
--Laborist program established with 5-6 providers
--Weekend call fully covered by laborists
--No backup call required on weekends
--Clinic call rotation approximately 1:5
