Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in New Jersey | 2–3 Days per Week | October 1 - Ongoing | Assignment #115336

Coverage Details:
-- Much faster onboarding process since this is not a hospital

Shift Details:
-- Monday-Thursday, 10:30am-7:00pm, Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
-- Another provider will be covering 2-3 days per week, 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements:
-- Must have senior experience
-- DOT Certified
-- Active New Jersey License
-- Active CDS
-- Active DEA

Required Procedures/Skills:
-- Perform pre-placement physical examinations and return-to-work clearances
-- Order and interpret diagnostic x-rays and lab results
-- Perform initial and ongoing worker injury assessments
-- Perform medical surveillance, exposure treatments, and follow-ups
-- Perform health screenings, for-cause substance testing, and fit-for-duty examinations
-- Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and other departments
-- Be okay with Workers' Comp cases

Assignment Details:
-- Average patient volume: 20 to 25 patients per day
