Shift Details-- Monday-Thursday, 7:30AM - 5:00PM
-- Friday 7:30AM - 12:00PM
Call Details-- Call Type: 2nd Call/Backup (APP takes first call)
-- Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes
-- Call Ratio: Takes call 1 weekend per month (Starting Friday - Ending Monday Morning)
-- Call Back %: 10%
-- Average Call # per 24 Hour: 2 Phone Consults
Requirements-- Board Certified in Hem/Oncology
-- Licensed in Idaho or IMLC
-- Fellowship required
-- Active BLS
Assignment Details-- Practice setting: Outpatient
-- Case Type: Oncology and Hematology patients
-- Patient schedule M-TH: 7:30/8:00 AM start, last patient at 4:00 PM (12-18 patients per day)
-- Patient schedule Friday: 7:30/8:00 AM start, last patient at 11:00 AM (6-10 patients per day)
-- Appointments consist of consult, follow up, telehealth, etc.
-- 12 infusion chairs
-- Trauma Level: 2
-- PEDs Level: 3
-- Support Staff: 3 APPs, 2 Radiation Oncologists, 1 Radiation Oncology APP, 2 Office Staff, 1 RN (rooming, assessing, orders, appointments), 1 dedicated RN Navigator, finance department, front desk secretaries, oncology certified pharmacist, licensed social worker, oncology certified dietitian
