Shift Description
-- Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
-- Scheduled clinic hours plus Night Call
Requirements
-- Board Certified (Must have AMBS/AOA board certification in one specialty and competency in the other)
-- Must be licensed in Indiana or IMLC with LOQ in hand
-- BLS
-- Procedures/duties: Management of VAD/CV catheters and bone marrow transplants, Bone marrow biopsy, Participation on tumor board, Order tests and images, Blood bank, Prescribe
Assignment Details
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days with IN license, 90 without IN license
-- EMR: Epic
-- Percentage of practice: 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
