Details/Requirements:--Start in October 2026--Ongoing through fall 2027--Will consider multiple candidates to fill schedule --Monday-Friday, 8-5--Clinic only, NO CALL --Adult Hematology/Oncology patient population--Board Certification in both Hematology and Oncology preferred--Strong Hematology experience preferred due to patient acuity--Strong APP support --Tumor Board participation required--Kentucky license preferred; open to qualified providers willing to obtain licensure
