Details/Requirements:--Clinic days Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm (3-5 days per week will be accepted)--One week on-site, one week telehealth--Practice setting: outpatient--Weekend call is telehealth (optional call)--12-15 patients per day (adults, geriatrics)--50% Hem/50% Onc--OK licensure and IMLC preferred--Board Certification in Hematology or Oncology
