Hematologist/Oncologist Locum Job Starting Immediately in Virginia
We are working with a well established cancer program seeking Hematology Oncology locum coverage for an immediate and ongoing need. This opportunity offers consistent scheduling with strong onsite support and a long term assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking stable locum coverage with a predictable schedule and a supportive care team.Dates of Coverage:--Immediate start and ongoing for a minimum one year assignment--Full time coverage or two weeks per month considered
Details and Requirements:--Clinic hours are 8:00 to 4:30--Monday through Thursday during their non-call week--Monday through Friday during their on-call week --One week of call required during the two weeks worked--Approximately 15 patients per day--Opportunity to cover two clinic sites within the same market--Patient mix is approximately 50 percent hematology and 50 percent oncology at the primary site--Patient mix is approximately 60 percent hematology and 40 percent oncology at the secondary site--Supported by midlevel providers at both locations--Infusion services available at both sites--Onsite radiation oncology at the primary clinic--Board certified Hematology Oncology physicians required--Active state license preferred
