Shift Details
-- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
-- Full-time day coverage
-- No weekend coverage

Requirements
-- Board certified or eligible in Hematology & Oncology
-- Must be licensed in Washington or IMLC
-- Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
-- DEA

Assignment Details
-- Hospital-based outpatient clinic setting only
-- No inpatient responsibilities
-- Approximately 15–18 patients per day
-- Case mix: 60% oncology, 40% hematology
-- EMR: Epic
-- Support staff includes care manager RN, medical assistant, and infusion nurses
