Coverage Details-- ASAP – Ongoing-- Credentialing time frame: 90 daysShift Details-- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM-- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday-- Site is flexible on the 3 days covered; please list the 3 days the provider can cover-- 12-15 shifts per monthRequirements-- Board Certified-- Must be licensed in Washington (preferred) or IMLC-- BLS - Will consider a candidate that will obtain BLS during credentialingAssignment Details-- Community outpatient clinic-- Managing existing hematology and oncology patients for a physician-- EMR: EPIC, Beacon-- Patients per day: 12-15-- Support Staff: RN and MA
