-- Average Call # per Shift: 5 phone consults, 1–8 patients seen, 2–4 admissions
Requirements-- Board Certification
-- Fellowship
-- Active Washington license or IMLC
-- ACLS
-- BLS
-- Experience in Urological Surgical Oncology
Required Procedures / Skills-- General Surgery: Adult
-- Laparoscopic Surgery
Assignment Details-- Practice setting includes inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth
-- Cover call rotations, perform surgeries, run clinics, and manage bladder instillation therapy
-- Rounding required: both inpatient and outpatient
-- Admissions required
-- Patients per shift: 20
-- Beds in department: 52
-- Support staff includes RN (1), MA (1–2), PA/NP (1), office staff (15)
-- Provider will be required to supervise advanced practice providers
-- EMR: Epic
