Job Requirements for Assignment #114933: *California medical license*Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years*Clinic Monday-Friday*Starts as soon as credentialed and is ongoing until a permanent provider is hired*Schedule consists of routine patients demonstrating: glaucoma, diabetes, diplopia, optic nerve issues, laser procedures*Seeking a minimum of 1-2 weeks per month, but they are looking to fill 1 FTE spot within the schedule*Local candidates a plus but not required*Full-time candidates will be prioritized
