We are seeking a dedicated provider to join a Trauma Surgery (General) team for a high-impact role starting this Spring. This position focuses on essential follow-up care in a hospital and clinic setting, offering a stable schedule without the demands of surgical rotations or emergency call.
Position Highlights:
--Specialty: Trauma Surgery (General)
--Duration: April 20, 2026 – December 31, 2026
--Schedule: 10-hour shifts, up to 15 shifts per month
--Scope of Practice: Focused on trauma patient follow-up care; no surgical procedures required.
--Work Environment: Integrated hospital/clinic setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
--Competitive Hourly Rate: $175.00 – $200.00 (based on experience)
--Work-Life Balance: No emergency call, no pagers, and no callback requirements.
--Predictable Income: Straight hourly pay with a consistent shift volume.
Requirements:
--Active NP Certification with a focus/experience in Trauma or General Surgery
--Strong commitment to timely and accurate charting.
--Availability for the full duration of the contract is preferred.
