Orthopedic Surgery Locums Job in Arizona | Full-Time or Part-Time Coverage | May Start | Assignment #108958
Coverage Needs:-Full-time or Part-time coverage starting May 22 and ongoing
-24-Hour Call, 7:00a-7:00a, with 2-4 hours per week in Clinic for surgical follow-ups
Assignment Details/Requirements:-Opening due to vacancy within the department
-Temporary privileges available within 30 days with clean background
-Preferred Procedures: Arthroscopy, total joint replacement, joint revision or repair, hand, tendon release/repair, peripheral nerve surgery with instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumber), peripheral nerve surgery without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), percutaneous disc surgery
-Admissions required
-Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Arizona license or IMLC, Fellowship, ATLS
-Trauma level 3, 150+ beds
-The site averages 22-25 surgical cases per month during peak season (Spring/Summer)
