Job Requirements for assignment #113255:
*Kentucky State Medical license required
*Board Certified/Eligibility required
*General Bread & Butter Orthopedic Surgery cases
*350 bed facility
*Assignment includes a mix of clinic, call, and elective cases
*Ongoing assignment with large Kentucky health system

Required Dates:
--March 11th @ 7am until March 24th @ 7am
--2 weeks on/2 weeks off thereafter
