Procedures/Case Mix• Joint replacements• Hand and upper-extremity procedures, including carpal tunnel, trigger finger, and soft-tissue hand conditions• Foot and ankle surgery• Joint scopes and arthroscopic procedures• Fracture careEstimated Call Volume• Weekdays: Approximately 0–2 callbacks• Weekends: Approximately 1–5 callbacks
