Coverage Needed:
-- Immediate and ongoing
-- Preferred start date is 1/12/2026 
-- Facility accepting multiple providers to cover two locations

Shift Descriptions:
-- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Requirements:
-- Board certified or board eligible
-- ASCP
-- Skills:
    -- Gross description, preparation and dissection of surgical specimens of human tissue
    -- Preparations necessary for human post-mortem examinations
    -- Instruction in anatomy and physiology
    -- Education in gross pathology
    -- Anatomical photography
    -- Gross dissection skills of surgical specimens
    -- Standard autopsy techniques
    -- Participate in ongoing research
    -- Obtain samples used for bio-specimen banking
    -- May be required to perform other assigned duties, including administrative, supervisory, budgetary and teaching duties

Assignment Details:
-- EMR: Epic
-- Under supervision of anatomic pathologist
-- Additional roles may include biobanking, pathology resident education and training, as well as administrative and supervisory responsibilities
-- Level II trauma facility
-- 3 weeks of training following start
