Coverage Details-- 11/1 - 2/28 & 11/1 - 4/30-- Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM-- No call coverage-- Reason for Coverage: FMLA coverage-- Two providers needed
Details/Requirements of Assignment:--August-November coverage--Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts--No call or weekends--Level 1 trauma Center--Care team model: Mix of Solo and supervision--All Pediatric Cases, no hearts.--Board Certification in Pediatric Anesthesia required--BLS, ACLS, PALS--Active Ohio license --Clean background
