The primary need is for physicians who can work overnight shifts, with a preference for those who are comfortable resuscitating newborns, attending high-risk deliveries, and managing a Level 2 NICU in Antioch.Shift Details: 12-hr or 24-hr shifts (12-hr is the most common)Number of Shifts: Approximately 4-8 shifts per month, with flexibility depending on internal staffing and provider availabilityIdeal Candidate:--Board-certified in Pediatrics, Neonatology, or a related field--Comfortable working overnight shifts--Experience with resuscitating newborns, attending high-risk deliveries, and managing a Level 2 NICU--Flexibility and adaptability to varying shift lengths (4-24 hours)--Credentialing Timeline:--Expected Credentialing Time: 6-8 weeks--Start dates can be anticipated for April based on credentialing process.
