Coverage Details
-- Beginning 2027, 1-2 weeks per month
-- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days for full privileges and payer enrollment completion once application is received

Shift Details
-- Call: 8am-8am, Monday - Monday
-- Clinic: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
-- Weekend coverage may be part of the schedule

Requirements
-- BC/BE in Pediatric Pulmonology
-- Active Illinois license preferred; providers with IMLC LOQ will be considered
-- BLS certification
-- Availability per request
-- Clean and easy-to-credential candidates - Highly Preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Bronchoscopy for urgent needs while on call

Assignment Details
-- Practice setting: Multispecialty group and hospital
-- Patient population: 100% Pediatric/Adolescent
-- Average patient volume: 15 clinic visits per day
-- Department currently includes 1 physician
-- Support staff includes 1 RN, 1 RT, 2 APPs, shared CMA and PSR staff
-- EMR: Epic
-- Level I trauma facility
-- 453 beds
-- Sleep medicine certification is preferable but not required
