Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Locums Job in Georgia | September and Ongoing, Flexible Schedule
Schedule and Coverage Details:
--Ideal start: by or before October 1
--Shifts: 8 hour workday, 8a-4p`
--No night call or night coverage required
--Coverage needed: average 10 days per month
--Responsibilities: entering charges (TBD), admissions, medication management, plan of care management, daily rounds on every patient --(unit standard)
--Patient volume: 16 per day
--Patient base: CMI average 1.6, mid to high-acuity
--Patient mix: post-stroke/neuro rehab 60%, ortho 16%, other 24%
--Flexibility on schedule - Medical Director will his work schedule around the locums availability
--Team conferences every 4 days, likely Monday and Friday
Facility Details and Locum Requirements:--Support staff: full team of RNs, unit manager and Medical director
--EMR: EPIC
--Beds: 210, 20 bed rehab unit
--Active Georgia license required
