Shift Descriptions:
-- 8am-5pm
-- Two clinic sessions per week, three weeks per month
-- Flexible on what days of the week worked

Requirements:
-- Board certified
-- BLS certification
-- Procedures: Botox for spasticity management

Assignment Details:
-- Outpatient care managing spasticity patients in a physiatry program
-- EMR: Epic
-- Support staff includes RN and MA for clinic activity
