Medical Director Overview
A part time Medical Director opportunity with flexible scheduling averaging 15 to 20 hours per week. The position is expected to begin shortly after July 1. Core responsibilities include supervision and rounding, with approximately 5 hours of supervision per week. Willingness to supervise FNPs is a strong plus.
About the Facility
A comprehensive behavioral health center serving children, adolescents, and adults across multiple levels of care. The 47-bed facility includes 28 inpatient beds for adults and child/adolescent patients, 9 residential beds for child/adolescent patients, and 10 partial hospitalization slots across all age groups. The center is built around evidence-based treatment, multidisciplinary collaboration, and whole-patient recovery.
Patient Population
A diverse mix of children, adolescents, and adults presenting with acute psychiatric conditions, dual diagnosis, and substance use disorders across varying acuity levels. Two APPs are on site at all times. Board certification is preferred, and providers comfortable with EMR systems and timely documentation are strongly encouraged to apply.
