Coverage Details -- ASAP – Ongoing -- Facility hiring multiple candidates -- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 daysShift Details -- Schedule of 5 days per week with 1 weekend shift per month -- Weekend call rotation is with other attending providers -- Possible evening call responsibility during the week Requirements -- Board Certified -- Nebraska license or IMLC -- BLS certification Assignment Details -- Duties include psychiatric evaluations and assessments, daily patient rounding, treatment team facilitation, and medication management -- Inpatient adult psychiatric hospital with 64 beds and 24/7 psychiatric emergency department -- Average daily patient census of 12–14 patients -- Approximately 1–3 admissions per physician per day -- EMR: Epic -- Support staff includes administrator, nursing staff, social workers, therapists, mental health technicians, medical director, attending psychiatrists, hospitalist NPs, and psychiatric NP on weekends -- Patient population primarily SPMI with substance use including marijuana, methamphetamine, and alcohol
