Position Highlights
--Medical Director leadership opportunity
--Full-time Monday through Friday schedule starting the week of 10/21 for a 3 month assignment
--Hybrid model with a minimum of four onsite days per week
--Organization-wide in-office collaboration day each Thursday
--Adult and adolescent patient population (ages 13+)
--No call responsibilities
--Administrative and clinical leadership support
--Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities
--Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits
--Provide clinical oversight for outpatient mental health and substance use treatment programs
--Supervise and support multidisciplinary treatment teams
--Collaborate with program leadership on clinical operations and quality initiatives
--Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, and high-risk case reviews
--Ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance
--Provide medical oversight for HIV and Hepatitis C testing programs
--Support integrated behavioral health and preventive care services, including medication-assisted treatment initiatives

Qualifications
--Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
--Child & Adolescent Psychiatry experience or training preferred
--Minimum five years of clinical experience treating mental health and substance use disorders
--Experience prescribing buprenorphine/Suboxone preferred
--Leadership, supervisory, or Medical Director experience preferred
--Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
--Experience caring for LGBTQ+ populations and underserved communities strongly preferred
