Details/Requirements:*Outpatient*Coverage needed 3-4 days a week and can be flexible on the specific days*Spanish speaking is highly preferred*Will be seeing Child/Adolescents and Adult's*11:30am-7:30pm hours*Evaluations and medication management*Ten day credentialing timeline*Three to six month contracts are available*NY Medicare/Medicaid credentials required*15 minute med checks and 45-60 minute evaluations*Facility is looking for a provider with experience that can hit the ground running
