Details/Requirements:--Breast Imaging Onsite – Outpatient Medical Center and Hospital--Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm--Mammography, Screeners. Some US Guided and Stereo Biopsies may be required--One to two weeks per month or mor based on what the physician can offer--Board Certified Diagnostic, Breast Imaging fellowship is preferred but not required--Active Illinois license or active IMLC--Must have a clear med-mal settlement history.
