IMMEDIATE Radiologist Locums Job | Kentucky
Jackson and Coker is partnered with a fantastic client in Kentucky that is seeking immediate onsite Breast Imaging Radiology locums support, with additional general diagnostic and procedural radiology coverage, starting ASAP.
Details/Requirements:
--Coverage needed ASAP through December, with potential to extend
--Will consider providers with one week per month of ongoing availability
--Will consider multiple providers should they not meet all procedural requirements
--Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
--No call
--Onsite procedural support with a heavy breast imaging/procedural focus
--Diagnostic mammography backlog support needed
--Expected volume: approximately 6-10 procedures per day
--Ability to read general radiology, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and MRI is a plus
--Active Kentucky license required
--Board Certification required
Procedures/Modalities Include:
--Diagnostic mammograms
--Stereotactic breast biopsies
--Ultrasound-guided breast biopsies
--Ultrasound-guided thyroid biopsies
--Breast needle localizations
--Ultrasound-guided FNAs
--Fluoroscopy procedures
--Cardiac CTAs
--Modified barium swallows
--Esophagrams
--Upper GI studies
--Small bowel follow-throughs
--Arthrograms
--Breast MRI biopsies available, but not required
Additional Preferred Experience:
--Familiarity with Hologic mammography-mounted stereotactic device
--Strong breast imaging/procedural experience
--Clean CV and minimal malpractice history preferred
