Required Procedures / Skills-- Intracavitary (e.g., Mammosite)
-- Linear Accelerator: Rapid Arc/VMAT, Electrons
-- Conventional/Conformal Therapy
-- Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
-- Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT)
-- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
-- Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) – all types
-- Conventional Treatment Planning
-- Beam Shaping (MLC)
-- 3D CRT
-- IMRT
-- PET CT or MRI Image Fusion
-- Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI)
-- Clinical Trials
Assignment Details-- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
-- Facility Trauma Level: 3
-- PEDs Level: 2
-- Support Staff includes: Clinical Manager, RTT, RN, MST, Physicists, CMD, RTT staff, research and nurse navigators, in-house pharmacy, palliative care, spiritual care, financial counselor, medical nutritional treatment
-- Accreditations: ACR, ACoS, HFAP, NSABP (with Breast Center), QOPI (Medical Oncology)
-- Equipment: Siemens SomaTom CT Simulator (2015); Varian TrueBeam with CBCT & VMAT & The Edge SRS Package (2015); Varian Trilogy with CBCT & VMAT (2015); Elekta Nucletron HDR with Oncentra
-- Completely paperless and filmless
-- EMR: Epic; ARIA RO Treatment EMR
