Coverage Details-- September 19-20-- September 25-- September 28-- September 30-- October 3-5-- October 7-8-- October 19-20-- October 22-25-- October 28-31-- Temporary privileges availableShift Details-- 24 hour call (7a-7a)-- All shifts end the following morning at 7a-- Weekend coverage required-- On call coverage requiredRequirements-- Board Certified Neurology-- Active Colorado and Kansas license or Active IMLC with active LOQ in hand at time of presentation-- Active ACLS certification-- Active BLS certification-- Clean malpractice and background history-- Active DEA certification - Highly PreferredAssignment Details-- Telehealth coverage only in Colorado and Kansas-- Setting: Call, Inpatient-- EMR: Epic-- Patient volume: 12-15 consults per day-- Clinicians will be fielding consults and consult time is variable-- Credentialing with additional facilities required-- Self inquiry NPDB report must be provided
