Coverage Details-- October 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027-- Credentialing timeframe: 90 daysShift Details-- Emphasis on weekend coverage -- Weekday availability also considered, particularly Mondays and FridaysRequirements-- Active Connecticut license-- Board Certified or Board Eligible -- Active DEA registration-- Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALSAssignment Details-- Specialty: Urgent Care-- Providers should be flexible regarding work location assignments (split the day between two locations)-- Ability to travel at least 45 minutes-- Ability to accommodate reasonable last-minute schedule changes due to callouts-- Exact site assignments may be adjusted-- Starting Fall 2026
