Requirements:
-- Board certified or board eligible
-- Fellowship
-- Must be licensed in Arizona only
-- Skills/procedures:
    -- Advanced endoscopic techniques
    -- Laparoscopic surgeries 
    -- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy 
    -- Ureteroscopy
    -- Radical Cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit 
    -- Radical prostatectomy
    -- Nephrectomy 
    -- Pelvic node dissection 
    -- Robotic surgery (Partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound) 
    -- Adrenalectomy
    -- Renal and bladder u/s w/biopsy
    -- TRUS biopsies
    -- Penile prosthesis
    -- Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) 
    -- Renal transplant surgery

-- Admissions and rounding

-- Average patients per shift: 7-9
