Details/Requirements for Assignment #115677:-- Must be Board Certified
-- Must have active and unrestricted California license
-- Coverage needed 3-5 days per week in the clinic
-- Clinic Schedule: 8am to 5pm
-- 6-8 weeks for privileges
-- Average patient volume: 20 per day
-- Prefer Clean Background but will entertain any provider
-- Hospital has no trauma designation
-- 12 Urologists in the department; 1 on medical leave, another retired
-- EPIC EMR
