Dates of Coverage: July 31 - August 4

Details/Requirements for Assignment #93636:
-Must be Board Certified
-Must hold active Indiana license
-Will work 3-4 days clinic and 2 days in hospital (clinic: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday + hospital: Thursday & Friday)
-Patient volume: 25-30 patients (office)
-Support staff: 2 PSR, 4 MAs and 1 RN
-Both inpatient and outpatient
-EPIC
