Dates:
--October 26 at 7:00 AM – November 16 at 7:00 AM
--November 23 at 7:00 AM – November 30 at 7:00 AM
--December 28 at 7:00 AM – January 4 at 7:00 AM
Details/Requirements -- Will credential ASAP for October start (temps)
-- Active Kentucky license required
-- EPIC Meditech
-- Clinic and call
-- Electives, inpatient consults,
-- Clinic is 1:00 - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday
-- Clinic will see approximately 15 patients per day
-- Clinic support includes 1 experienced APRN with 5+ years of experience and 1 full-time physician
-- Call will be light - 15 phone consults possible
