Details/Requirements for Assignment #115050:--Active Ohio license and DEA required --Shift: Clinic-two days per week starts at 8:15AM-4:30PM or Cath Lab-2-3 days per week--Will cover call 10-15 days per month including 1-2 weekends--Procedures: Vascular Surgery, Endovascular and open, Peripheral interventions, Dialysis access management, limb salvage--EMR EPIC
