--Active Illinois license
--Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm
--Must have an active Illinois license/CSR/DEA
--Must be Board Certified with ample case logs from the last two years
--Locums provider will handle surgeries, supervision of CRNA staff, rounding, consults, and follow ups.
--Procedures are central lines, art lines, epidurals.
--No call
