-- Credentialing timeframe: Within 60 days
Shift Description-- Friday: 5 PM – 7 AM (option for earlier day shift if available)
-- Saturday: 7 AM – 7 AM
-- Sunday: 7 AM – 7 AM
Requirements-- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
-- Iowa License - highly preferred (IMLC or willingness to obtain accepted)
-- Completed Residency/Fellowship
-- BLS
-- DEA
-- Clean Malpractice History - highly preferred
Required Procedures / Skills-- Orthopedics
-- Labor and Delivery
-- Spine
-- GI
-- Gynecology
-- Urology
-- Cath Lab
-- Interventional Radiology
-- Bariatric Bypass
-- Minimal Vascular Cases
Assignment Details-- Hospital setting with approximately 3,600 inpatient and outpatient surgeries annually
-- Independent anesthesia cases
-- EMR: Epic
-- Support includes anesthesia providers, CRNAs, and anesthesia technicians
