-- Case Mix: Complete Ortho, complex Vascular, Head/Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
-- Facility details: EMR: Epic, Level 1 Trauma facility, 720 beds, 24 ORs, Stroke certified facility
-- Support Staff: PA/NP: 3
-- Estimated Credentialing timeline: 90-120 days
-- MUST HAVE CLEAN MALPRACTICE AND NPDB
