Coverage Needed in 2025: Monday-Friday coverage, two consecutive weeks/month
Assignment Details/Requirements #108043:
-- Active and unrestricted Arizona license required
-- Current Board Certification or Board Eligible required
-- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required
-- Must be proficient with nerve blocks, including adductor and scalene
-- Practice Setting: Outpatient
-- Facility specialty areas: Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Pain Management, Post-op extremity blocks, General Anes, Adult, Pediatrics, Ventilation management, Regional, Trauma, Head/Spinal, and use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks.
-- Facility Details: 2 ORs, 1 Procedure Room
-- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 5 Days
