Facility Requirements/Details - NBCRNA and West Virginia license required (will review candidates with compact license)- Monday-Friday, 8 or 10 hour shifts- No call- CRNAs medically directed. Endo is medical supervision by GI or surgeon- Cases: Mostly general surgery, ortho, some endo. No hearts, heads, or sick peds (CRNAs unlikely to do any peds)- EMR: EPIC
