This opportunity is based out of Louisiana and is the ideal opportunity for a provider looking to make an impact in a value-based care setting with a focus on patient experience and outcomes.

Details/Requirements:--Coverage: October - ongoing with option for perm
--Can credential in 2-4 weeks
--Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
--Patient volume: 14-16 patients per day
--Will cover travel/lodging
--Value based care setting centered around adult/geriatric patient load
