Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Northern CaliforniaWe are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in beautiful Northern California. This is a great opportunity to join a busy outpatient primary care clinic serving a diverse patient population.Position Highlights:--Start Date: As soon as credentialed (approximately 3-week credentialing process)--Assignment Length: 3 months with potential for extension--Coverage Dates: 4/29 – 7/19 (ongoing opportunity available)Schedule Options:--Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM--Option for 4x10-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Thursday, may be available)--Occasional Saturdays as needed--Patient volume: 21–27 patients per day--Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic--EMR: EPICResponsibilities:--Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients--Deliver preventive health services and wellness visits--Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions--Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC--Participate in call coverage if needed after onboardingRequirements:--Family Nurse Practitioner--Active California license--Minimum 1 year of NP experience--Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience--Ability to manage a full patient panel in a fast-paced clinic--This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated NP seeking consistent hours, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive outpatient setting.
