This is a great opportunity with one of our clients in Colorado in search of a highly skilled Gastroenterologist to assist with their coverage needs. Our client is looking for a locum Gastroenterologist for clinic and scoping coverage during the day with night call during the week and 24 hour call on the weekends.

--Dec 26-27, 8a-5p
--Jan 6-10, 8a-5p, 5p-7a
--Jan 11-12, 24 hour call
--Jan 13-17, 8a-5p x2, 5p-7a
--Jan 18-19, 24 hour call
--Jan 20-24, 8a-5p x2

Details/Requirements for Assignment #102435:
» Active Colorado license or IMLC
» Board Certified required
» LVL III Trauma Center
» Emergency Temp Privileges available in 7-14 days
» EMR: EPIC
Required Procedures/Duties:
» Scoping and bread and butter GI: EGD, colonoscopy, manometry, flex sigs and 24 hour PH probe.
» Upon your reply please let me know if you can treat: Hepatology and IBD patients (preferred not required)
» Required job duties: Follow-through with patient if/when labs or other orders have been placed is required.
» No ERCP/EUS
» Providers must signs all orders and notes
» Will perform 12-16 scopes per day and if working clinic, patient will see 10-15 PPD
» IBS experience preferred
Scheduling Needs:
» 7am-5pm/8am-5pm hourly/clinic, night call (5pm-7am) + 24 hour call (7am-7am)
» Some clinic days and some procedure days
» Weekday shifts (7am-5pm Monday - Friday)
» Weekday Night Call (5pm-7am Monday-Friday) must include 2.5 hours gratis
» Weekend shifts (7am-7am Saturday - Sunday) must include 4 hours gratis
Volume:
» 12-16 Procedures scopes per day
» 10-15 Patients per day when in clinic
Support Staff:
» MA, NP/PA, RN
» Anesthesiologist is on site
» Hospitalist admits patients
