Dates: Starting November + ongoing (will take part time or full time locums) - Clinic and call needed to replace a retiring Physician

Details/Requirements for Assignment #117204:
-- Must be Board Certified
-- Must have active and unrestricted Kentucky license or IMLC
-- Call type: beeper / night call after clinic 5pm-8am
-- Weekend call 8am-8am
-- APP takes first call
-- Three other MD's in practice
-- Clinic 8am - 4:30pm daily
-- EMR is EPIC
