Facility Details/Job Specifics: --Shift type: weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm and Monday - Sunday call available --Active Florida license --Board Certified required--40% DX and 60% Procedures --Procedures: vary, but bread-and-butter exams are prevalent as well as vascular exams--30-60 days for credentialing
